Too often in our busy lives we want to help those in need but don’t know where to begin or how to get involved. And though our desire is pure, we rationalize that we have no time, no skills, and no resources that could be of any good, and therefore do nothing. Yet God built into each of us the capacity to love one another, because He first loved us. To consider others above ourselves, and to serve one another with a joyful heart. “Love Does” provides an opportunity for you to love and serve others in our community amidst their everyday lives. To be the “hands and feet” of Jesus while sharing the great news of the gospel. We have all been given gifts that we can passionately share with others. Whether you are able to give money for a tank of gas to a stranger who is stranded, an hour of your time sitting with someone in the hospital, a homemade meal to a family in need, or a ride to the airport for someone who does not have a vehicle – God can use it all to His glory.
